Sacred Rose Festival Day Two Recap and Photos: Cory Wong, Andy Frasco & The U.N., Umphrey’s McGee & More

Photos by Josh Druding

Sacred Rose day two has officially landed. After a night of social media monitoring, time shifts and speaker pivots, the jams have taken on a whole new life. The day one dead heads have been traded out for true believers and they are here to get weird.

The freshly minted electro pop project Syzygal (composed of Anna Soltys and Future Rock duo Mickey Kellerman and Darren Heitz) made their live debut with all the attitude of a band ten times their age. The pulsing synths, crispy drums and the voice of a platinum-wigged music box ballerina

Whatever Andy Freasco & The U.N. are on, please spike the town’s water supply with it.

Whoever built Cory Wong should be given the Nobel Prize for engineering and his right hand should be insured for billions.

Check out our photographer Josh Druding’s photo gallery for the day's highlights featuring Cory Wong, Andy Frasco & The U.N., Umphrey’s McGee, Syzygal and more.
